lalaCVSMail sends info mails out after a cvs commit with informations about the commit.

• parses the CVS raw file
• it won't use any temporary files from CVS whether generated or not
• it doesn't do any interactions with the cvs command
• verified to run with FreeBSD (sh) and AIX (ksh88)
• tested with an 18MB CVS-Raw file which stored 10943 revisions in it.
